We’ve got something big brewing over here. I know it’s been a while since I’ve seen you, and I wanted to touch base with you- and give you a great reason to come back.

The Story
Over the past several years we’ve had the privilege of training an amazing group of people - people like you - and have played a big part in changing many, many, lives. And it’s been an honor and privilege to do so.
What’s not discussed nearly as often is the role you have played in guiding my team and me in business. Whether you realize it or not, we would not be where we are today without the feedback and guidance that you have given us over the years. You have driven us to never settle for less than excellence, as well as to remain open-minded as to how we might improve our service, and ultimately, your experience.
The Challenge
Clients like you who see the value in investing in your health are the backbone of our business. Without question however, the biggest challenge we have faced over the years has been how to make training at Fitness Together more economical for our clients, while maintaining the effectiveness and essence of what makes us, us. I’ve tried various programs in the past, but nothing seemed to stick for a number of reasons. But now, with the help of our corporate support, we’ve figured it out . . . and I haven’t been this excited in years!

… at the number of friendships I’ve seen develop between clients that have met at Fitness Together. (We’ve actually had clients reunite from the same middle school in upstate New York!) The Details
PACK Training trains as part of a small group or “pack” of 2-4 FT family members. This will still be personal training but rather than conducted one-on-one it will be conducted as a small group. One of our training rooms is being completely re-equipped (and the studio has an entirely new look that clients are raving about!). It will be conducive to training a PACK of up to 4 clients . . . and it’s going to be AWESOME! A PACK session will consist of the same components of our one-on-one programs; a dynamic warm-up, strength training and metabolic conditioning, and will conclude with a cool-down and stretch.
The Secret
You might be wondering how we’re going to handle 4 people in a workout session. What if all four clients are at different fitness levels? What if you have a knee issue? These are good questions. And some of those will be addressed individually. But our secret to PACK Training is scalability. The PACK workout will include 4 “scalings” for each exercise. This means that each exercise in the PACK workout is scaled or modified on an individual basis to ensure an appropriate training level for each member of the PACK.
With our new small group personal training service we’ve also made changes to our traditional assessments and training programs. We’ve implemented a proprietary fitness system called Aspire8. We’ve completely revamped our assessment and analysis protocols to help us better quantify your fitness level, and create a progressive training program. So whether you’re training in a PACK or one-on-one we know exactly where you should be every step of the way.
The Savings
That’s the best part about PACK!
PACK Training is about half the cost of our current one-on-one personal training. Further, we are offering PACK Training on a monthly payment structure to ease your personal cash flow.
Over the past several months, we have conducted beta testing in studios across the country. I expected the results of this test to be positive. I expected that people would be excited about the savings– duh. But some of the other results blew me away!
PACK Training created a team among the clients. They encouraged and motivated each other. And it was different than a trainer’s motivation and encouragement. There was a social aspect to it. There was a sense of camaraderie. And it was competitive. Not against each other, but on an individual basis. Clients were competing against themselves to contribute to the team. It was so positive. And I was really inspired.
As you can imagine that type of atmosphere produces some awesome results. That social force propelled them to work harder than they had before. And they were having an absolute blast doing it! I’ve never seen so much energy, motivation, inspiration and fun bundled into a workout.
